Saturday night dinner Only Registration: $40 / person (registration submitted by May 11)
Full Conference Registration: $80 / person (registration submitted by May 25)
After May 25 registration, add $20 / person


T-shirt order is optional; if a conference t-shirt is ordered, provide the size
next to the name and add $5.00 per t-shirt for alumni members.
Cancellation Refund Policy - Refund Request Deadline: May 25

Email refund request to regional coordinator; fees will be refunded minus a $25 per person service charge


Indicate each attendee's IRAA position (Officer or Member). If a vegetarian option is needed, please indicate with a (V). Other specialized menus will need to be arranged by the attendee. Indicate t-shirt size with (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL).
